This body of work is the fruit of an ongoing relationship with Freeweaver Saori Studio, now based in Deplored Market. The the first Festival I produced publicity work for ran at Craft Central, London, E14 3AE from the 13th-15th of March 2020. It was the third event run to celebrate the Japan UK Season of Culture. The festival featured the work of artists and craftsmen inspired by a modern approach to traditional Japanese textiles and crafts. The most recent Japanese Textile + Craft Festival ran from the 13th to the 19th of May 2024.
